Unfortunately, I don't have any "sexcartoons" to offer. Please, don't limit yourself to the "sexy" aspects of anime, tantalizing though they may be -- There's a lot more to offer out there.

Might I suggest checking out The Anime Web Turnpike for a good starting point for anime-related resource on the net and beyond. They can be reached at http://www.anipike.com/ There's a lot to offer out there as far as anime is concerned, if you know where to look.

Unfortunately, I don't have a clue to what you are referring to as "Gen-13." Perhaps someone else can be of assistance to you.
