To reflect upon the one year anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks upon New York, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania, Network R3 offers deepest condolences for the families and friends in the United States, and around the world, who have lost friends or family members on that day. Our prayers are with you, and with our nation, in the hopes that such an evil that had visited us upon that day never happens again.

Network R3 will go dark for the next 36 hours (from 1200 PDT Tue 2002.9.10 to 0000 PDT Thur 2002.9.12 in observance of the one year anniversary, and no new content will be added, nor existing content updated, for the specified time period. All Network R3 sites, however, will remain open and available to the world.

America has been wounded, and our hearts filled with sorrow, shock, and rage, but since then, and in the months, weeks, and days ahead, we have, and will maintain our resolve. Life will go on, and evil, in any manifestation, shall not be tolerated.
