There are at least three known RayEarth mailing lists. Both are
relatively quiet until one heated post stirs it up... gee doesn't that
sound like any other mailing list? |

The "old" English list. This is where a lot of the main discussion
took place, but the mailing list administrator has been MIA for the past year or so.
To Join: send mail to rayearth-request@lists.best.com with
"subscribe" in the body of the message if you want digests,
and "subsingle" in the body if you want the posts to come as
they are written. Wait a few minutes, and check your mail. You will
get a list authorization request. As directed on this mail, reply to
it, changing the word "REJECT" on the subject to "ACCEPT",
and send the reply. In a few minutes, you should get the info response,
and you are now ready to post messages to the mailing list. Do be
careful not to send repeats if you are in digest mode!
To Leave: once again, send mail to rayearth-request@lists.best.com, this time with
"unsubscribe" in the body of the mail. You will get no
authorization request; you will just simply be booted off.
Archives: I don't have the old archives (not that people
would read 1000 digests) but I do have quite a
few. If you have a digest that I don't have, I would love to see
it. =) |

One of the "new" English lists. I created this one in response to
people on the "old" list that wanted a RayEarth mailing list that had
a living administrator. ^^;
To Join: click here.
To Leave: Log into ONElist,
click on "rayearth", click on the "modify your membership" button, then
then the "unsubscribe" button.
Archives: I'm letting ONElist keep an online archive. If that
dies, so will the archives. I'll try to edit unnecessary quotes from
the old digests when I get around to them to avoid confusion... =) |

A Japanese list. You must have an e-mail client that is capable
of sending and receiving 8-bit SJIS code, and
write coherent Japanese, though.
To Join: send a mail to rayearth-command@cefiro.to, with either
"rayearth", "ceres", or "windom" in the body of
the mail. (Yes, you get to choose your welcome message!) and you will
automatically receive the information posting.
To Leave: send mail to rayearth-command@cefiro.to, with
"unsubscribe" in the body to be automatically deleted from the
mailing list queue.
Archives: available only to listmembers upon request. |
