Basics Lesson on Brushes - Using Photoshop 4.01
Basically what you see here in the three colors is how to
adjust
your brushes for coloring in Photoshop.
Let's take a look at the first brush using the color blue. This is the
airbrush. If go to Window->Show Options you'll see as I have shown in my
screenshot how I was able to accomplish different effects. The left column,
I used a Solid circle as the brush nozzle and the one on the right uses
a fuzzy cirle.
Tip: To load brushes go to the arrow on the top right of the pallete
menu and load brushes. They should be in your Adobe/Photoshop directory.
If you notice below those first two you'll see that the brushes fade.
This is done by the options for the brush, I checked fade and said how
many steps till it totally fades out.
The red is pencil and the green is paintbrush. For the last rows of
the red pencil I used the auto erase option and for the green paintbrush
I used the wet edges function.
I took screenshots of the palletes and toolboxes to better illustrate. |
